DASH Olives Australia is a family owned and operated Western Australian company
with a background in olive growing and production. They select only the best oils from quality groves,
then blend for taste and character to create their regional varieties.
They are not growers of olives and as such are not restricted by grove location,
size, quality of production and seasonal influences.This allows Dash Olives to produce exceptional extra virgin olive oils every season without any sacrifice to quality.
They simply source and blend quantities of each seasons produce to meet customers demands.
All of their oils are first cold pressed within 24 hours of harvest,
contain less than 0.8% free fatty acids and
are blended for maximum taste and character in each regional variety.
Dash Olives have racked up an impressive list of awards.
During 2005 – 2007 they won 2 Gold, 15 Silver and 28 Bronze Medals - including 4 Best of Class.
