Apricot oil and sugar hand exfoliator

Sugar abrasion is a popular method for cleaning and stimulating the skin. The apricot oil serves as a natural lubricant, moisturizer and skin rejuvenator.

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons 1st Press Apricot Kernel Oil
• juice of 1/2 lemon

Combine all of the ingredients together.

To use: Immediately rub the mixture on your hands.
Rinse off with warm water and pat dry. Moisturize.

Berry delicious smoothie
Use your favorite combination of fresh or frozen berries for this very delicious and healthy smoothie.

• 1 + 1⁄4 cup vanilla soy milk
• 1⁄4 cup apple juice
• 1⁄2 cup assorted berries (blueberry, strawberry or raspberry)
• 1⁄4 cup plain yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 teaspoons First Press Apricot Kernel Oil

Measure the ingredients into a blender cup. Cover and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth.

Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Makes 2 servings.
